    I have a question on calorie intake Im currently 102 kg at 5'10" with a BMR of about 2300 Kcal I work out daily and burn about 900-1000 Kcal with cardio and weights Im worried that Im taking in too few calories Im currently taking in about 1800 Kcal a day, Im looking to lose fat Im worried that Ill lose alot lean tissue too can anyone advise thanks

    Yea sounds like your not eating enuf alright- however 102 kgs is fairly overweight for height if you havent much muscle-eat a small bit more in 2 meals of the day-(5-6 meals per day) aim for 6 months to a year for your goals!
