    Yeah a great pity.

    I wouldn't write him off just yet though. If things go to plan and with lots of good luck he could be back for euros, fingers crossed. He back back to his current level of fitness of 15 weeks training so I'm sure he could do something similar again.

    Either way I'm delighted he came back and won the interclubs a couple of weeks back. If this is the end for him at least he went out with a bang by winning a national title.

    Yep, Was reading about it, it reduces your body wight by a % . I think Keith says in his blog that it reduced his weight by 25%.
