    Hi,

I want to downgrade my subscriptions for the Spring/Summer.

My payment comes out of my account on the 25th of every month. Is the best timem to request the downgrade on the 24th? (i recall several years ago Sky telling me i would have to call on or arond the time of month my payment is made but i am not sure?)

i don't think it matters - they will adjust whatever you owe them in your next payment

    Thats news to me!

I use mysky and i only ever see the options online to Upgrade, i thought they make it hard to downgrade bby making you call on th ephone and then trying to pursuade you to keep the most channels?

Just copied and pasted this prom mysky webpage:

Make other changes to your Sky subscription
It's easy to upgrade online, but you may wish to change your subscription because you're not happy with your current package. The easiest way to do this is to call Sky Customer Services - we can help you find the package that's right for your preferences and your budget. You'll find telephone numbers and other details on our Contact Us page.
