I know it's hard to say exactly, but I'd appreciate if someone with experience of underpinning a major wall in a 3-bed semi house could give an indication of the cost of doing this. Either to one individual wall, or to the entire foundations of the house.

    In Dublin area.

    Thanks

I cant give you a cost, but one important pce of advice. You absolutely need to have this job overseen by a compitent engineer and contractor that specialises in this work. Its a good solution to a major problem but is not always successful if not done properly.

    What snyper said.

Just to add I cant see you getting any idea of a price here as every job like this is very "site specific". What could cost 10K in one house could cost 30K in another.

And Id remind me people of the guidelines set out in the forum charter - no discussion or suggestions regarding the structural elements. Post re pricing if you wish.
