    I need to bring one photo ontop of another and make it look nice!!

    how can i eliminate the white around an image that i dont want?.... I have paint, photoshop etc.... Im sure it is an easy solution....

    Its easy in photoshop!
    Install the GIMP, its a free application much like Photoshop.
    Quick way:
    Add your images on layers and use the magic wand to select and then delete the white bits.

    EDIT: Try this online alternative
    http://aviary.com/home

    instead of deleting the white bits change the blend mode of the top layer to something like multiply or darken.
    You can also just delete the white bits...
