    Asked a friend today what she was wearing for a birthday we're going to during the weekend and she replied that she ordered a dress from ebay.
    She says she always buys stuff from it.
    I went online just there and saw a few nice things. Thing is I dont own a laser card let alone a credit card.

    Just a few questions if anyone can help me;
    -Is it safe to buy things from ebay? (i.e im afraid something i buy doesnt show up)
    -Also has anyone used them permanent tsb voucer/card/whatever they are things? and what are they?
    Heard of them but never quite understood what they are.
    -Also any tips in general when buying on ebay please.

    Thanks

    Biggest tip you can get!!!---LOOK AT THE SELLERS FEEDBACK, this will judge what they have been like to previous buyers

    If you buy through paypal your purcases (upto €500 i think maybe more) are covered so if you dont get your product or its not as described you will recieve a refund!

    As far as the 3V card (which is what you were talking about) im not too sure if Paypal accept them... check on the website!

    Look at the sellers feedback that'll tell you if you can trust them.

    The 3v are handy i use them myself go to www.3v.ie. Basically they are a top up credit card. You go into whatever shop sells them and buy the amount you need. look at the site for the full details.

    And yes paypal accept them but your account will be limited after a while so they can judge whether or not you're scamming/laundering money. To keep it from going on KEEP the letter that comes with the ID card yoke when you get the card.

    Basically just be careful who you buy from have a good look at them item you want to buy and make sure it fit's if it's clothes it'll save you time and money rather sending them back to get a different size etc.

    Amd be careful about buying too cause it can get addictive!!:D I have to stop sometime soon!!:p even just looking around it is too!!:)

    The only place I know that do them is TSB, so when you open an account you put money in??? Also how do you top up the balance on the card???

    No you don't need to have a bank account with them at all. They get the money from them so they're happy.

    Check out the site on where to buy them go to this https://www.3v.ie/where_to_buy_3V_vouchers.html go to where you live and it'll tell you where you can buy them. it's all on the site
