Filling with no injections

Basically even thinking about the dentist freaks me out, heart rate increases, panic etc etc, (first dentist thought I was having a reaction to the anastisha(i can not spell))i need another three fillings done but after the first one i just can't handle the numbness and injections. The drilling I strangely found kinda soothing but its just the needles.

Does anyone know of any coping techniques or if any dentist would do a filling without anastetic, yes i would prefer the pain.

The filling will hurt a lot more than the needle and your reaction to the pain could make you move and cause the dentist to damage the tooth further

Its not the pain that bothers me, its the numbness, the feeling of the needle in my gum, have you had a none injection filling done by any chance.

I went to the dentist recently and needed a couple of fillings. My dentist advised that I could have an injection, but it was not required. So I didn't have one, It was a little uncomfortable for a few seconds when he drilled, but really not that bad.

Does it cost a lot more without the injection? Think it was about 70 or 90e last time.

I paid €90 for two fillings, also got an x-ray.
I guess it does cost more for the injection.

you could ask for laughing gas i dont know the proper term for it, although it makes your whole body feel funny! sometimes it depends on your dentist and how they are with the needle luckily for me mine is very good:) go talk to your dentist it should help you feel alot more comfortable and confident!
