My breakfast

    2 egg
    two tablespoons of oats
    tablespoon wheat
    half teaspoon of linseed
    half teaspoon of mixed nuts and seeds (linwood brand, not sure which one?)
    half teaspoon sesami seeds
    three tablespoons o soya milk
    heaped table spoon whey protein

    Put all this in ablender and made me some tasty pancakes, then added a banana, blueberries and some honey for flavour

    Next time im putting peanut butter on :pac::pac::pac::pac: i heart peanut butter

    Oh it was yum, it was super yum, and then i went to the gym.
    its nice to eat food that tastes good, but its sooo much better when you make it yourself and its packed with excellent ingredients:D
