ok so the rules have changed.. or should I say been clarified a little

We are allowed to post streams of GAA matchs providing of course they are legal streams. which will mean RTE, TG4 and Setanta for the most part.

what website presents that stream is none of our concern.

care of where the line is - illigeal content, and linking to websites that mess up your computer will not be welcome

What about streams from the likes of justin.tv? Not sure on the legality of the streams but they're allowed in the soccer and rugby forums. Most people looking for streams are living abroad and can't watch the RTE streams due to the geo-block.

So assuming I'm reading that correctly, we're allowed to link to ANY stream that shows GAA matches?

Because the only stations that show GAA matches (worldwide) are RTE, TV3, TG4, Setanta and BBC NI, all of which are legal stations here. We don't have a case like in soccer where Iraqi stations that show PL matches are not allowed in Britain.

Also, do Setanta matches include games which require a subscription to the channel?
