80's toy, anyone know its name?

Im trying to track down the name of a toy from the 80s that i was talking to my friend about last night.

It basically looks like a etch sketch, but it had a white frame and a black face with about 70 to 100 holes on the black surface.

It was basically a light board, and in these little holes you could insert cylindrical transparent multi-coloured pins/pegs about a centimeter tall.

The whole idea of the toy was to make pictures with these coloured pegs, and then they light up when the board's light comes on, displaying the picture in what looked like neon dots.

Does anyone have a clue what its called, been looking on google all morning.
    Thanks :)
