    Does anyone know if there is a pay and display system for UCC?
    How much does it cost and what are the operational hours?

    most UCC car parks are staff only and swipe key controlled. they're generally open to the public from about 18:00 till they all close at about 22:00-22:30.

    there are two park and rides and two pay cark parks. The pay carparks are open to all, from 08:30 till 22:30. 1 euro per hour initially rising to 2 per hour after 4.

    No matter where you park, you'll need to be in early.
