    Hi Folks

A quick one for you, when it comes to selecting witnesses for the pre nup application, who can you have?

Whoever you want really. Normally the best man and chief bridemaid.

As far as I know, a pre-nup in Ireland doesn't actually have any legal standing (which is totally ridiculous). Maybe it's changed now but I thought that was the case?

It is still the case. However, it may be that the Judge would take it into consideration in a Divorce Order, but this is totally at his/her discretion.
