    That was a great read, thanks for that. Carroll had some rotten luck with injuries over the years, and deserved to race at more major championships.

    Interesting article. Couple of blasts from the past, Ken Nason. I remember the North Mon team won the Schools Cross country Championship with both of them and was it John Murray as well?
