Based on the blue one I see nearly every day, I'd have to agree with you. Seriously dull looking - though it is missing the Konig seats which I think add a lot to the visual appeal. The white MKV GTI that is also a regular about the place, just looks so much more appealing to me (and costs a whole heap less to tax/run)

That Blue can't be gotten on any other model than the R32 AFAIK.

For a start it should be 5 door hatch, not 4 door. The Porsche is ugly, half the other things are not even 5 door.
And seriously - the words "Golf" and "Sexy" don't go together. Ever. Whether we're talking about the game or the car. No matter how good any Golf in the past or future may have been or is about to be they were never sexy, VW don't even intend them to be.
The RX8 is not a hatch.
To answer the question the Fiat Bravo is the sexiest.

It's hard enough to come up with a few good looking four door saloons, a four door hatch would be even harder

And to suggest a tiny car like a supermini or a very small family hatch like a Golf with 4 doors could ever be sexy :eek:

156 was a saloon rather than a hatch, and an estate might technically be a hatch but not really considered one either!

Really like the VW Scirocco above. Does it not come in a 5 door model though?? Have never been a big fan of the VW Golf so this is the first hatchback by VW that has really caught my eye. Pity there around €30k!!
