Is there any way I can add meat to my head?

I've always had a pretty small head in proportion to the rest of my body. When I started bulking I was hoping as I got bigger my head would also get bigger but that hasn't been the case, and now my head is even smaller in proportion to the rest of my body. Is there anything I can do about this?

can you increase the size of your brain and thus head by keeping your mind active and sharp?

You could strap two pork loins to your head like ear muffs,
Id recommend washing the meat first!!!

Or you could stuff a balaclava full of taytos!!!

Thats not far off to be honest :(

I wish my head was more like the guy on the left, his head is perfect in proportion to his body.

    Two step process:

    1) Seal off all the orifices in your head bar one and insert a bicycle pump nozzle into that hole forming a tight seal in the process.

    2) Start pumping.

    Grow a fro!

On along the same lines, is there any way to NOT lose weight off your face if you're training?

Of course you can. If you follow the programme laid out in starting strength (squat, deadlift and bench) and drink plenty of milk, the size of your head will grow. You can see that several fitness posters are already using ss + milk and they have big heads.

    Work on your ego OP...

Seriously though, do you do much neck work? Maybe you could add in some into your routine. This will give the illusion of a bigger head. In terms of exercises, I recommend the wrestler's bridge.

    Here you go.

Disclaimer: do NOT jump from 1-8 when you're just starting off. Unless you want a broken neck. You'd need to leave your hands down for a couple of weeks so that you can build up the resistance over time.

omfg lol stop toying with him, no there is no way to increase the size of your head in proportion to your body, unless u get fat, to increase your head size you would have to increase your skeletal structure which just isnt gonna happen. and when he said starting strength users have big heads he meant big ego
