    Hi.
Four years ago the esb erected two esb poles next to my
garden . I agreed with the engineer where they were to be erected.
there was a stay on each pole ,so to be fair to my neighbor.
i had one stay in my garden and one in his.
so we both lost the same amount of ground. four years later he is complaining that there's a very small part of his field he cannot plough.
so he has organized the esb to move the stay into my garden.
now i am loosing twice as much ground.
    surly this cant be right.
    can anyone advise me.
