Hi

I'm currently attending UCC and for our group project we are developing a system that will integrate independent functional business systems, such as sales and finance, to facilitate cross functional-reporting, reduce duplication of effort in administrative tasks and provide one version of data across the organization. The system will be web based and so will cater to the growing demand for businesses to be able to access their data offsite.

This survey is an attempt to gather information regarding ICT usage amongst SMEs in Ireland and to establish ICT needs specific to Irish SMEs.
