http://www.lawsociety.ie/UserFiles/File/Oct 2009 Timetable for Web.pdf
Exams are, from Sept/Oct 09, on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Mon - Fri inclusive.

I know they should limit the amount of people doing the Blackhalls but this is a small bit extreme, knowing how intense the Blackhalls are. But to be honest, I'm not sure I'm completely against this or at least I'm not sure how I feel about it yet (it's not going to have any baring on me btw)

What with the reduction in income for the law society next year with the numbers in PPCI set to plummet, I think this move probably has more to do with the price of renting the RDS for 3 weeks than anything else to be honest.

Just noticed this today, suppose I should have seen it coming with cutbacks everywhere.
I'm hoping to sit all 8 in October so it's going to be like the Leaving all over again!
On the bright side at least they won't drag out as much as they do now!

This is really tough. After sitting one of these exams you are exhausted. It takes most of the rest of the day to recover. Now if you have another one the next day you just have to get straight back into revising the minute you come out of the RDS. I did three in one week last time and I thought that was bad.

Yes, that is a bad move. If there are a reduction of numbers move them out of the RDS to a smaller venue (O'Reilly Hall in UCD, or the Helix or some other such place) and save money that way.
