    Underrated in what way ? Boring ? We will never be subject to huge extremes of weather due to having a temperate maritime climate. Damn gulf stream.
    On the other hand, without that gulf stream our winter would possibly be on a par with northern Canada. brrrrrrrr :eek:

    I suppose some summers it can be fairly good here.

    Like duiske said we don't get extremes on either end which is good, no hurricanes and the like. I'm fairly used to the irish weather and while sometimes I wished it rained less overall it doesnt bother me anymore.

    but i mean we have less rainy days on average than rome and dallas in the usa.
