Alternator??

    can anyone tell me how much a new alternator is? i just got the car back yesterday after getting it resprayed and colour coded, got up this morning and the battery light was on.... my uncle brought it out to the garage for me and im getting it fixed he didn't ask how much though..

    any ideas as to how much this is gonna cost me?? :mad:

    its a 01 focus if that makes any difference..

    Don't replace it - get it reconditioned. Check for Auto electrics in yellow pages.

    More than likely the bodyshop fried something!?
    I would take it back to them.
