Gob to muscle time

Can someone tell me how long it would take the energy from, say, a bowl of porridge to be available in your muscles for use?

How would that differ from a sports drink? (I expect the sports drink to be available a lot faster of course, but I mean in actual time)

No "piece of string" type answers please. :P Even approximations will do. I'm trying to decide how long before training to eat my dinner (a bowl of museli today).

Found this pretty useful table. Looks like I need to eat pretty soon. :( Not hungry at all.
