Ya it is. The episode is about nukes in different locations and the team members have to split up to get them all. The red headed guy gets Ireland. The camel was seen because another member of the team was in Egypt (or somewhere similar) to stop a bomb there. Whoever made the video didn't 'edit' it very well.
