Protein and weight loss

    This may well be a stupid question but I'm gonna ask it anyway.

    How much protein does a 13 stone man trying to lose weight need to consume after a weights session?

    Is it best/practical to do with regular food or is a protein shake preferable given one of the sessions is in the morning before work?
