    ok were do i start first of all i was 19st about 2years i am now down to 13st 10lbs i was as low as 13st 3lbs the problem i have is that even after i lost the bulk of the weight i still have a belly and man boobs the rest of my body face arms legs are thin its just the chest and stomach i was wondering if i dropped to 11 or 12st will i lose the belly and what is the best way to do this i go to the gym 5days a week and i dont eat rubbish but i do eat alot of wholemeal bread or wholegrain bread i have been doing turblence training for the last month or so i have dropped weight but i thre is no visable signs my body fat has dropped i would be really grateful if anybody can help with some tips exercises /routines thank you.

    typical diet is

    breakfast= 2wheatabix half teaspoon brown sugar/fat free yogurt/glass of orange juice

    lunch=brown sandwhich chicken/tuna /coleslaw

    dinner=chicken/fish/pasta /beans on toast

    apple and banana

    Proper sentence structure would help a lot.

    What are you doing gym wise?

    Overall, you eat far too much carbohydrates (bread,wheetabix etc) and probably not enough good fat.

    Congratulations on the weight loss so far but you should aim to now put on muscle. Lift heavy things.

    gym consists of 30mins weights /40mins treadmill and 30mins exercise bike on the treadmill and bike i do the high intense interval training

    apart from the bench and incline i just use the weight machines in the gym

    Ya, you need to think about fat loss instead of weight loss. And putting on muscle instead of just gaining weight. Weight training is the way to go about it. Fair play on losing all that weight so far though.
