    I have 3 weeks til a wedding and my legs are a bit wobbly, chances are I'm not going to get to the gym but I will walk about 5/6 miles 3 - 4 times per week and have been doing split lunges but need to tone the backs of my thighs and bum a bit more.

    What excercises would be best and how many reps, times a week etc should I be doing them?

    I know I won't have supermodel legs in three weeks by the way just even the slightest improvment would be a start and I will be continuing to so the excercises til I do actually have supermodel legs :D
