Pension and qualifying Service period

    Hello

I have had a PRSA for almost one year to which my employer is also making contributions. I know that if I leave employment before completing 2 years of service I am entitled to get the money I have put it in (or whatever is left after they blew it all in dubious financials products...), subject to 20% tax, and I lose my employers contribution.

My question is, can I terminate the pension before these two years even if I don't leave the employer, and still get my money?

    Thanks for any help
