    Sad to say, the Waterford actress Anna Manahan passed away last night.

    May she rest in peace.

    85, She was granted the freedom of the city of Waterford in 2002 in recognition of her life's achievement in the arts.

    never heard of her. She must have been fairly good to get the freedom

    I didn't hear anything on national radio or t.v. about her, which i'm very surprised at, a waterford legend.
