how much fuel my current car has used...

    my car is approaching 200,000 miles now....

    i did a few sums to calculate how much fuel it's used...

    here's what i got

    34,000 litres approx

    to put that into perspective, if you were too pour that into a cylindrical tank of 2meter diameter it would be filled to a height of 10.8 meters :eek:

    An even more interesting perspective would be:

    34000 * price at pump / your annual net earnings

    Depends on perspective though...

    Using an annual average of 15000 miles it approximates to 13 years use. If you were to show someone a fuel tank 2m by 15m and tell them that will do you 13 years, I think they'd say that's quite good/

    Perhaps it's better visualized as a diameter of 10.8 meters that is 2 meters high. Better wide than tall I always say.
