    Found this, probably what you're looking for.
    The URL Hack. Add &fmt=18 to the end of a normal YouTube URL. If there's a high quality version available, that extra string will cause it to load.

    add "&fmt=18" for HQ and sometimes "&fmt=22" for HD works.

    I think it comes up within the box just now... it says "HQ" beside the menu on nottom right. Funny you should say that, I think it only changed today.

    It's "&quality=reallyreallyreallyreallyhighquality" or if you want to save bandwidth it's "&quality=notasgoodqualityasreallyreallyreallyreallyhighqualitybutstillgoodquality".
