    just looking for a few tips to give my bike the once over, was out for a spin and loads of creaks and rattles, nothing is lose but hasn't seen any TLC in a few 100K.
    what do i need to do to service it?
    need step by step instuctions.

    How often should the bearing and stuff need regreasing?
    I havent done anything since i bought it, except oil the chain?

    How difficult is it to do the bottom bracket? I havent the tools to do it so i'll have to wait till i buy them.
