guitar tone for kids by mgmt?

    hi
    trying to get the tone for the main riff, which is on keyboard (i think). What effect, or combination of effects could get that tone for guitar? ive been playing with this for a few weeks in my spare time, however i dont own a lot of effects so i didnt get far:o

    any ideas?

    Just went to listen to it on youtube as I wouldn't normally, but I'm just feeling helpful today! :D

    I reckon very slight crunch, neck pickup, roll the tone way back and use some kind of slow attack effect (violons the volume in quickly) that takes the pick attack sound away and leaves it like a keyboard. Then maybe a touch of chorus or a wide shallow flanger to beef it up. Won't be exactly right, but I reckon it'd do for a cover.
