Formatted Time Input in Adobe Flex?

Hi, I was wondering does anyone know the best way to allow the user to input time in Adobe Flex? I want something that uses standard Flex controls, something along the lines of the NumericStepper. It's hard to find something that is standard on the web. Thanks.
