Just got this via email figured some on here may be interested if they didn't get it themselves. I know they did one in Feb that I was unable to attend but will hopefully be able to make the one on the 14th of March.
SportsSpeakers – are running a series of Marathon seminars
suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced runners in the
lead up to the Marathon in October.

The first two seminars will take place in Dublin but there will
be seminars throughout the country in Waterford, Cork, Limerick
    and Belfast.

Dick Hopper, Irish Olympian and 3 times winner of the
Dublin Marathon will be hosting two seminars on the 14th and 28th
of March to help inspire and educate people on Marathon running.

The first seminar on the 14th of March is aimed at intermediate
to advanced runners who want to increase their mileage speed and
endurance. A Sports Nutritionist will also be presenting details
on improving your diet. To Book Log on to www.sportsspeakers.ie

Location: Ballsbridge Court Dublin 4. Time: 11am. Price: €22

The second seminar will take place on the 28th of March and is
aimed at beginners to Intermediate level runners who want to
learn how to run the distance. There will be days you don't
think you can run a marathon. There will be a lifetime of knowing
you have. This seminar is designed to help you reach your goal.

I like the look of that seminar on the 28th. Think I'll sign up to it.
