Berlin hotel reccomendations?

    Myself and the Mrs heading to Berlin for Paddys weekend, can anyone reccomend a nice central hotel, nothing too expensive, we're both 30? thanks

    I have just booked the Park Inn Berlin-Alexanderplatz myself for a weekend break in Berlin. it got good reviews in previous posts on here and also friends who stayed there recommended it. all modes of transport on the doorstep so you can access all areas of berlin easily so i'm told...

    The Holywood Media Hotel on the Ku-damm, particurally if you are a film buff.

    Very central West Berlin.

    Otherwise you can find some short let apartments, cheap and cheerful in Mitte, central East Berlin.
