IT management for small company

    I've been asked to manage domain names, hosting and general IT issues for a small company (5 employees).

    It's my plan to charge a flat rate for the management of (~30) domain names (renewals, keep excel spreahsheet updated with domain names, email accounts, passwords for related websites) and charge an hourly rate for any IT support issues.

    They are not based in Ireland so all support would be over the phone or through email.

    What would be a reasonable fee for the management side? And an hourly rate for support issues?

    You could also offer a discounted support rate if they buy 10, 20, 30 hours in bulk a month.
