    Hey guys,
Hope this is ok. I pulled a swimming programme from a thread in here (or in the swimming forum I cant remember ) and I cant find it again (I've searched). The author had a very Eastern European/Russian name & all the measurements were given in yards. The 1st week consisted of 3 x 100 yds with a break of 12 breaths
    3 x 50 yds with a break of 8 breaths
    3 x 25 yds with a break of 4 breaths
& changes over a 9 week period. It's pretty basic but I train twice a day (before & after work) and don't wanna over do it like I use to
Anyone have any idea's what I'm on about??
    Thanks,
    Dave

Eh no idea what you are talking about.......

I'm guessing you're trying to learn to swim?

Nope, can already swim (I teach on weekends, shocking condition at this stage I know!!), I'm trying to get swimming fit again without impacting on my other training so building it up very lightly. This programme just reminded me of the C25K running programme and that helped me with my running with minimal impact on everything else, so thought it'd be ideal!

I know the one you are referring too. It’s in the swimming threads sorry can't do a link because I am pathetic at this computer stuff, should be the first couple of pages - not a bad programme to get you going imo

ITS IN THE THREAD TRIATHLON FIT SECOND POSTING

Ah you little beaut! :D That's the 1! Anyone else that wants to have a look at it's here. Just do everything in metres instead of yards & it's not too bad!
