Where do I go to watch film making in action

Hi, Im very very new to all this and am just looking into buying a camera at the moment, but in the mean time Im just wondering can anyone reccomend any websites or any means of finding out where there is shooting going on? And if it is possible to watch whats going on. Thanks

www.filmmakersnetwork.ie is a good place to see whats going on at the moment for small scale stuff.

u can only see whats being shot on open street would not be able to go to ardmore and watch on the stages lol
