    Beware of these vouchers! In the past, I've used them 4 times and they were never honoured in my final bill. Gave them to the driver and still got charged for full delivery. Tesco's admin back-up leaves ALOT to be desired...

    Same has happened to me - when they are actually applied, the amount appears as a credit on your bank card or account. If it doesn't show up, phone the store where it was delivered from, ask to speak to the Home Delivery section, and give out socks. It will *then* be applied.

    Why they can't always just decrease the delivery price - like that did a few weeks ago - is beyond me.
