Restaurants in Dublin that do most of their business at lunchtime??

    Hi guys,
    I am moving home from Italy in the next month or so. I will be looking for a job in a restaurant or bistro however I plan on going to college at night in Sept (studying Hotel and Resturant Mgt) so I want to target restaurants in the city centre that do most of their business during the day and or weekends.
    Please tell me of decent places that you know that are busy at lunch time!
