I was looking at this on Xmusic.
(I gotta say, I like the compare equipment option on the site.)

Has anyone used one of these?
What I want is a volume pedal where you can set what the lowest volume is. I.E. instead of the volume being completely off when it is in (for want of a better description) ZERO setting, it is say 10% of the normal FULL ON volume. Anyone know if this pedal can do that?

    Cheers.

Jaysus, what an odd contraption. It's basicly a wah & volume pedal combined but the wah section works by moving the treadle on a horizontal plain. I can't see that lasting long, what if it breaks?

I have a combined wah/volume & fuzz pedal. It looks kinda like a regular Wah but with some extra switches and knobs. It's an old Morley Power Wah Fuzz. Great pedal.

Anyways, there's really no pedals that do what you want as far as I know. Except with some bodging you could probably do it. If you put some sort of stopper under the back of the treadle you could limit how far it goes back and reduces the volume. :D

Yes there is. I've seen them many times. Theres a steve vai (I think, or zakk wilde, something like that) volume pedal on xmusic site at the moment.

Don't be a smart arse dude.

I was asking does anyone know if the pedal above has the volume setting feature. I don't want the other pedal because it doesn't have the sideways controlled tone feature.

    Hiya man

Nope that pedal doesn't do that. If it all the way back then it's at 0%.

Could be modded very easily though.

Makinig the zero setting = 10% volume is a easy modification to make.
I've done it on my guitar volume control so that when it at zero I still get the minimum signal.
It's works as a cool gain contol, set the amp to overdrive, turn guitar to zero for cleans, whack it up to ten for overdrive and away you go.
It avoids the embarassing old "turning yourself off completely when trying to use you volume as a gain contol" pickle and also saves having to use boost/overdrive pedals.
Check out the video on my uTube page. You could easily do the same thing with this pedal.
It's simply enough to do too, can't understand why guitar manufacturers haven't done this on more guitars as a "feature".
