Home Insurance - Rebuild Cost Estimation

    Home insurance is up for renewal, and I assume its a safe bet the cost of rebuilding my house will be cheaper than it was over the last few years.

    I am just wondering if anyone has any guidance to determine a figure.

    Lets say my house was last valued in the good times at €600k, and the rebuild value was €360k - what would I be looking at now ? €300k ?

    Any advice/guidance welcome.
