    Hi guys, up till about two weeks ago, I would only 2 km on a threadmill at a time.
    Over the last two weeks, I have been doing 8km at 2 % inclinein each gym session(4 per week)
    My time has dropped from about 55 mins to about 51 minutes.I wouldn't really be any way athletic.Is this a good cardiovascular woork out for getting lean.I usually do about a half hour of weights after the running.Would using the cross trainer be better?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Cheers guys.
