    Hi All,
My Thread is a bit different to other ones i have seen.

Ok i have a sky dish and a sky subscriber, i have the standard box but today am upgrading to plus.

There is currently two leads coming into the house from the dish!

Now my question is can i use that other box somwhere else in the house, i know it wont have sky plus but can i recieve all the channels i pay for?

    Also another question

If i was to buy a setalite reciever would i be able to split the second lead and use it for the two boxes and recieve all the channels.

otherwise can i get a card and use the boxes to recieve other channels, and if so what

The two feeds will go the Sky+ box from the LNB. You can use the bog standard Sky decoder for just the free-to-air channels (no card required). You'll be missing quite a few channels but you'll receive pretty much all the UK channels (including radio). Take your card out of your box to see what you get. If you're not happy with this selection, you can go for Sky multiroom. This is €15 extra on top of your subscription and mirrors all the same channels on box decoders. Edit: you need a landline for this!
