My PC does not allow a Bebo user to post a comment. This is nothing to do with me . . . . my 16 year old is driving me nuts asking me to fix it. It is probably some simple techie issue, but for the life of me I can not solve it. As Bebo does not have a user forum (or none that I can find) I would apprecaite any help from you Boardsies.

What exactly does it say when you try to post a comment?
You need to be a lot more specific in your request for help.
Your best bet might be to contact them through this form:

not sure what way bebo lets ya post a message but if java is disabled ya cant use the quick reply here
in firefox click tools>options then content, make sure java is enabled
for ie tools> manage add ons>enable or disable add ons, scroll through the list and make sure the java add on is enabled

There is an option within Edit Profile - Privacy settings which lets you choose the Age of ppl allowed to contact you, or if only friends can post or if you want to review comments posted on your profile first

However there is no option which stops you posting on others profiles unless they have the above options enabled

Best off contacting Bebo themselves unless you can specify or post a pic or the error

When he clicks on 'reply to comment' or 'post a comment', nothing happens. The screen just goes straight back up to the top and the box to write the comment does not appear. He can send mail and post comments to photos, blog, polls etc but not on to profiles.

It's probaly a browser issue. If you're using Internet Explorer than you should really switch to something else.
