My Samsung 40" has a good few marks on it I noticed recently. Not sure how the hell they got on the screen but they're there. What's the best and safest way to clean these marks off?

    Thanks.

A soft (microfibre) cloth very slightly dampened, and wipe gently. What ever you do, do not use furniture polish or anything remotely similar. A little water is all you need.

Make sure the TV is off a good while and the screen is cold when cleaning. A shammy cloth should have come with the TV, use that if you still have it. I have also found cotton wool with a small amount of water to be very good for cleaning and won't leave any scratches

    QFT.

I have a Samsung that looks like someone has eaten chips of it thanks to an enthusiastic girlfriend and some pledge furniture polish.
