Nokia PC Suite

    Hi,

    hope someone can help. I have downloaded the latest version of PC suite from the Nokia website. However when i go to connect my phone, which is an E71 i keep getting the following error,
    Cannot install this hardware

    There was a problem installing this hardware:
    Nokia E71

    An error occured during the installation of this device
    The data is invalid.

    So any tips ?

    Uninstall/reinstall drivers. That might help. You got a CD with the phone right?, install that again.

    On your e71: menu, connections, usb-connectioms: make sure you connect in pc-suite mode!
    When you connect to pc, on the screen highlight pc-suite.

    Otherwise, reinstall pc suite, but make sure to use the Nokia pc-suite removal tool! Add/remove alone isn't good enough on some pc's!
