    Hi All
My GF is looking for a herbal tea that can give her the same wake up kick in the mornings as coffee.
She's giving up the cappuchinos because of a diet.

    Any suggestions guys
    Cheers

    HB

What ever drink she wants plus a couple of Pro-Plus (50mg caffeine tabs, pick them up at a chemist).

/edit: Could be a good time to kick the caffeine though.

Why doesn't she just drink her coffee black?

Or she could always try this.

Thats the first thing I said but she just can't drink black coffee.
Its not that she has a coffee addiction, she only would have a coffee in the morning.

Has she tried really good black coffee? She could pick up a cafeteire a bodum grinder and a supply of fersh beans for less than €100. It's a big investment up front but they'll last her for years and she'll be enjoying superb coffee.

Have all of these and more, love my coffee.....

You will not find a tea that gives you the same kick/pick-me-up as coffee.

Instead of farting around with caffeine tabs and or teas just drink espresso
or use low-fat or skimmed milk

Just checked now, 1g of the real leaves packed with 239g of other leaves - now if it was the other way around I'd be chewing on them. :D

Nah, the whole box of 100 bags weighs 240g with 1g per bag, so 1g per 2.4g bag!

A bit more of a hit than you give it credit for!:D

Brazilian Mate tea has a lot of caffeine in it. I had a pack recently and I would be buzzing after a cup and a line. If she doesn't like black coffee though, she's unlikely to like Mate, it's quite smokey and bitter.

Cappucinos and Lattes are a real source of sneaky calories! There are usually bigger culprits though...
