Though I'd start a new thread because I want to post a good few pics. Was afraid I'd clutter up the Random Photos thread.

Anyway feel free to comment and criticise if you like

I like #6 and #7 the most. Nice conversions with a lot of symmetry going on.

#1, 2, 3, 5, and 8 are just too cluttered for me. A lot of stuff going on, i dont know where to look.

#4 is a good shot, although you might want to do something with the sky (blown out) and up the contrast a bit.

    #9 and #10 meh

I can tell by the way the shots are set up that you have tried to compose the shots and have spent some time doing it, which is the right approach. I just think that theyre okay. Except #6 is excellent and #7 is nice too.

how about trying b&w for #1 and #3? That could maybe sort this mess out and let the viewer focus on the subject and textures.

I had a go with that but it didnt really help. I know that #3 does look cluttered but I liked the amount of colour in the shot. btw does the white balance look right to you?

#1 I didnt think looks too bad though. Difference of opinion I suppose :)

    thanks for the replies!

No. 4 is fantastic, did you manipulate it in anyway to make the blue stand out? or is that it just straight from the camera, no photoshop. I really like it :D

    Thanks! :D
I tampered with it a small bit in Lightroom, but fairly minimally. Justed up the contrast and vibrancy a tad. You can see all the settings on the flickr link .
