i am going to do my practicle driving test and i have done a lot of practising but one thing is confusing me, there is something called the six points check before moving off, the mirrors, blind sports, i want to find out if this six points are check anytime you stop in a tracffic and about to move or its only check at the start of the test? two on reversing, which one is correct to use the mirrors or i have to look back?

You should do the checks you are pulling into traffic.

So times like after the hill start , pulling back into traffic after the hand signals , after the 3 point turn.

But not every time you start moving like at traffic lights.

Before moving off from the side of the road, ie a parked position, think of MSSM (mirrors, signal, shoulder, manoeuvre), so a quick glance over your shoulder to check blind spots before moving off. Don't look over your shoulder when driving except if changing lane on a dual carriageway, and only if there's nothing in front of you, and it must be a very quick glance.
When reversing you should look out the back window, do not rely on your mirrors alone. Remember before you start to steer into the road, stop and look over your right shoulder, as you may be obstructing traffic from behind.
