Yeah I got mine up NORTH for 325e with 3 games. So I figured I really got it for more like 200e.

However at this stage I would wait.

Never ever ever ever ever ever EVER!! gonna happen
All games are blu-ray and wont be reprinted/dual printed
Waste of god knows how much advertising,development and one of the consoles biggest selling points
Any exclusives in development would have to change depending on their end size (unless they use new compression but thats mo money)

Many of us don't see the feasibility of a non blu-ray ps3, ifit happens I will change my sig to whatever Retro wants. Anyway even if it did (anddid I mention it won't?) its not like blu~ray ps3s would disappear.

Magic. DUH!! It's been rumoured it will happen but I'd seriously doubt it. Developers would have to release dvd and bluray versions or allow games to be downloaded which would suck for anyone not on a great connection.

It didnt come from sony. It came from a games analyst who looks at the market. They make assumptions based on current trends then throw in a stupid unfounded comment based on what they think which gets picked up as rumour.The majority of them understand numbers, not technology
Other classics have included Turbo 360s with blu-ray built in over being released a year ago
